Ex- Photographer and now a Truck Driver. Currently I am an Over-The-Road Truck Driver. I originally started driving trucks for a living in 1968.

In-between 1968 and now, I:

Went into the US Air Force in 1970 and got out again in 1974.
Was pretty fair at Chess for much of my young life.
Was briefly a Professional Skydiver.
Went into Professional Photography in 1974.
Have worked as a licensed security agent.
Have been a real estate salesman.
Became a Commodore 64 expert in the 1980s.
Enjoyed sail boats.
Enjoyed mountain life.
Picked up a fair amount of knowledge about computers.
Returned to truck driving in 1997.

I have pulled van trailers, flat-beds, end-dumps, and roll-offs since 1997. Mainly it has been flatbeds. Although I am currently pulling reefers.

Was an Owner/Operator Truck Driver for a few years.
And during the summer of 2006, I drove a straight truck in the Oil Fields.
Have become well rounded....

Here, I usually post my thoughts about the things in my life, when I have time. Usually it will be about trucking, computers, Linux, traveling, Wyoming, and things in the news, or just about anything in my life.

Note: I rarely discuss photography here since the field is changing faster then anyone can keep up with. My old 4x5 view camera is simply out of place....

New Hobby, Currency Trader.

I've taken up a new hobby, Currency Trader.

This is also called the Forex Market.

Like anything new, this takes a lot of study. In fact, I am looking at several months of study related to Currency Trading before diving in.

The thing that has caught my attention is that you can get into this for just a $300 investment. Anyone can get into this.
But it takes lots study and attention.

I'll let you know more about it later.
